Taiwan Tsai Ing -wen expressed his visit to the Global Taiwan Research Center that he hoped that Taiwan and the United States would continue to deepen cooperation in various fields and jointly become the world's good forces.
According to the official website of Taiwan's government, Cai Yingwen visited the US Washington Think Tank Global Taiwan Research Center (GTI) visiting group in the morning of Friday (March 22).
Tsai Ing -wen first thanked GTI for their support since its establishment in 2016, and also witnessed the progress of Taiwan -US relations in the past eight years.
She said that the Taiwan Relations Law will usher in the 45th anniversary of legislation on April 10.With the support of everyone, I believe that Taiwan -US relations will continue to develop and create more cooperation results.
Tsai Ing -wen said that she mentioned in the GTI seminar through a video speech the previous year that Taiwan will continue to cooperate with partners with similar ideas to promote international development and prosperity.This goal has never changed.
Cai Yingwen thanked the United States and Eurasia's concepts similar to countries. They continue to call for the peace and stability of the Taiwan Strait in various international occasions to make the world pay more attention to Taiwan.Taiwan -US relations have made rapid progress in recent years. Last year, the first batch of agreements in the 21st century trade initiative of Taimei have been signed, allowing the economic and trade relations between the two places to enter a new milestone.
Tsai Ing -wen pointed out that the memorandum of international development cooperation in the United States last Taiwan was also signed.She expects Taiwan and the United States to continue to deepen cooperation in various fields such as supply chain security, digital economy, emerging technology, and assets and communication security, and jointly become the power of the world's goodness.
