(Beijing News) Gao Peng, a member of the party group and deputy mayor in charge of urban management work in the Beijing Municipal Government, is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

According to the leadership column of the Beijing Municipal Government's website, Gao Peng, a 52 -year -old, is a Han nationality, a Liaoning Fengcheng, a graduate student, and a PhD in economics.Among the eight deputy mayor, he is responsible for the Beijing Municipal Management Committee (Office of the Capital Urban Environmental Construction Management Committee), the Beijing Municipal Transportation Committee, the Beijing Agricultural and Rural Bureau (the Beijing Rural Revitalization Bureau), the Tiananmen area of the Beijing Municipal People's GovernmentManagement Committee, Beijing Key State State Management Committee, and Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences.
According to other public information, Gao Peng was the head of the Shunyi District of the Communist Party of China and the secretary of the district committee.In January 2023, he was promoted to a member of the party group and deputy mayor of the Beijing Municipal People's Government.
