Comprehensive China News Agency and China Youth Daily reported that the attraction index of foreign talents released by the Foreign Talent Research Center on Sunday (November 12) shows that Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Suzhou, Qingdao, Nanjing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xiamen, Changzhou, Changsha, Changsha, Jinan, Xi'an, Ningbo, Kunming, Changchun, Wuhan, Foshan, among the top five in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Shenzhen.
This index comprehensively reflects the progress and effectiveness of Chinese cities that attract the work of gathering foreign talents, and conduct a questionnaire survey conducted by foreign talents in sample cities.The three dimensions analyze the indicator of the evaluation of foreign talents to form an index attraction index of foreign talents in Chinese cities.
A total of 42 sample cities were selected this event, and 6095 valid questionnaires were recovered.
On the whole, the attraction index of foreign talents in cities is positively related to its economic development level and innovation and entrepreneurial environment.The top 20 cities are mainly distributed in national strategic areas such as Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area, and Chengdu -Chongqing regions.
Cities in the eastern and coastal areas have been favored by foreign talents, and the attractiveness is at the forefront.Cities in the central and western regions have received increasing attention from foreign talents, and Chengdu and Chongqing have entered the top 10 for the first time.
