Public information shows that Zhang Jiasheng was born in October 1968, Jiangling, Hubei.He has been working in Hubei for a long time. He used to be the vice chairman of the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Association, a member of the party group, deputy secretary of the Huangshi Municipal Party Committee, and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee.
