The Hong Kong Government said that according to the current arrangements, if mainland residents want to go to Hong Kong for business access, they must apply to the relevant departments for business endorsements.Optimization measures actively responded to the expectations of the business community between the two places, and increased the deadline for each entry into Hong Kong with business endorsements from seven days to 14 days.The mainland has also announced that the "National General Office" measures will be applicable to business endorsements. Applicants can go through procedures for relevant units across the country without being limited to their household registration or place of residence.These measures will greatly facilitate mainland business personnel to visit Hong Kong for various business activities and promote the exchanges between business personnel of the two places.

The Hong Kong Government pointed out that the endorsement of talents will be implemented in mainland cities in the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area (Greater Bay Area) from February 20, 2023 to facilitate the exchanges and visits to the mainland of the Greater Bay Area.As of April 2024, more than 18,000 people have entered Hong Kong as visitors as visitors.The scope of the expansion of talent endorsement to Beijing and Shanghai will help attract more mainland talents to gather in Hong Kong.
