Cai Yuanqiang, Secretary of the Communist Party of Zhejiang University of Technology, also suggested at the meeting to accelerate the construction of a doctoral education system and improve the supply of talents.
He said that doctoral education is the core track of self -cultivation of talents, but Zhejiang's development in this regard is relatively lagging. The unbalanced structure of teachers and students has not supported the high -quality development of the global economy.
Cai Yuanqiang suggested that the provincial government introduced related development plans, focusing on strengthening the training of professional doctoral students in high -precision doctoral students such as China ’s core competitiveness and future strategic highland engineering technology.
