The Hong Kong Legislative Council completes the work of 23 Article 23 of the Basic Law

The Act Committee of the Hong Kong Legislative Council will be reviewed on Wednesday (March 13) in the afternoon.

Comprehensive Sing Tao Daily and the Internet media "Hong Kong 01" and other reports, the Hong Kong Legislative Council maintained 23 drafts of the Basic Law on Wednesday afternoon on Wednesday afternoon.It was announced that during the stage of completing the article on one section, the Hong Kong Government also confirmed that all the provisions of maintaining the draft of the national security regulations have been reviewed in the bill committee.

The Act Committee held the first meeting on Friday (March 8) for review of the 23 drafts of the Basic Law. From last Saturday to this afternoon, 20 meetings have been held to review over 38 hours.

According to the procedure, the bill committee will report to the Legislative Council's Internal Affairs Committee, and then shall submit the draft regulations to the Legislative Council Conference to restore the second and third reading procedures to the Legislative Council.
