Ding Yumei, who was reportedly divorced with Xu Jiayin, founder of China Evergrande Group, entered the Hong Kong court on Monday (February 26) to recover more than 1 billion Hong Kong dollars (S $ 170 million) from the second son, Xu Tenghe.It also said that this is a payment that has not been repaid on the agreed day.
According to the Hong Kong Ming Daily, the entry refers to Xu Tenghe borrowed from Ding Yumei in June 2020, but did not repay it on the agreed day.
