Comprehensive Hong Kong 01 and Ming Pao reported that the defendant Yuan Jingting (23 years old) was a second -year student.She was accused of posting photos and remarks that supported Hong Kong independence on social platforms in the past five years, and 11 of them were released in Japan.
She has been accused of publishing 13 incite posts on Facebook and Instagram account since September 2018, including the content of Hong Kong independence, and poster photos containing the slogan of "Refining the Revolution of Hong Kong".
Yuan Jingting was arrested by the Police National Security Department when he returned to Hong Kong earlier this year, and then acknowledged the crime of "one or more incitement diagrams".
