The United States, Japan, Australia and the Philippines will carry out "maritime cooperation activities" on Sunday (April 7) in the South China Sea to show supporting the free and open India Pacific Ocean.

Reuters reported that the Philippine Ministry of Defense spokesman Antoon said the one -day offshore exercise will include communication activities and exercises in the China Sea Manila exclusive economic zone.

Antoon said that the U.S. coastal combat ship "Uss Mobile", the Australian frigates "HMAS Warramunga", the Japanese destroyer "JS AKEBONO" and two shipsFilipino warships will participate.
