The remains of Zhou Tienong, the former chairman of the Old Revolutionary Revolutionary Central Committee, were cremated on Thursday (November 9) in Beijing. Zhou Tienong died in Beijing on the afternoon of last Friday (November 3) at the age of 85.

Zhou Tienong studied for mechanics at the Department of Mathematics and Mechanics of Peking University from 1955 to 1960.
