The distribution of the North China Leopard in the flagship species of Shanxi has expanded all the way, extending from the southern section of Taihang Mountain to the middle of Luliang Mountain, and the number of populations ranks first in China.

Shanxi is one of the most abundant provinces in North China ’s leopard species.In recent years, its distribution has continued to expand. Among the 11 prefecture -level cities in Shanxi Province, except Datong and Shuozhou, the remaining nine cities have the distribution of North China Leopard.Shanxi North China Leopard currently has 48 stable population and eight centralized distribution areas.
