A survey shows that half of the Hong Kong workplace people are open to the city's urban work, and nearly four adults are interested in retiring in the Greater Bay Area.
Comprehensive Ming Dao Xingdao Daily reported that AIA Hong Kong Hong Kong on Thursday (March 7) announced the 15th result of the "AIA Ideal Retirement Survey".
The survey found that 50%of the respondents were open to employment in the Greater Bay Area, of which the ratio of young groups 18 to 29 years old was as high as 66%.Interviewees most need support provided by employers, where they are dormitory or housing allowances (77%), medical insurance (71%) covering the entire Greater Bay Area, and transportation allowances (66%).
The interviewees' concerns about employment in cities in other Greater Bay Area are mainly unclear local medical policies (73%), unclear local social welfare policy (68%), unclear local onesTax policy (62%).
The survey also involves the retirement attitude of the Hong Kong people to the Greater Bay Area. Nearly 40%of the respondents expressed their interest. The three major cities are Zhuhai (34%), Shenzhen (31%) and Guangzhou(29%), the main reason is that the consumption level is low (80%), the property price is cheaper (58%), and the community environment is better (54%).
