South Korean citizens have not needed to apply for visa in China from next Monday (October 23).

The Chinese Embassy in Korea issued a notice on the official WeChat public account on Thursday (19th) on the official WeChat public account on the full cancellation of the Chinese visa appointment.

According to the notice, in order to further improve the efficiency of China's visa application and facilitate the exchanges between Chinese and Korean personnel, the Chinese embassies and consulates in South Korea will completely cancel China's visa appointment from October 23. Applicants can be within office hours (The submission application time is from 9 am to 3 pm on working days), and go to the relevant China Visa Application Service Center to submit the application at any time.Applicants who have previously approved the date after October 23 can go to the visa center to submit an application from the 23rd.

Earlier, South Korean citizens must make an appointment online in advance before submitting a visa application to the visa center.

The China Embassy in Korea said in the notice that the time limit and cost of visa application are unchanged.Considering that the applicant may be submitted at a certain period of time, it is recommended that the applicant arranges the time to reasonably arrange the application materials.
