Among them:: Bian Sifa issued the problem of target performance management bonuses in violation of the rules.In 2014 and 2015, the then county magistrate of the Jinchuan County Government, Bian Sifa, participated in illegal decisions to increase the performance management management bonus of the 2013 and 2014 county -level leadership target targets, and received 7047.35 yuan in individual super standards.In June 2016, the then county party secretary, Bian Sifa's illegal decision -making, increased the performance management management bonus of the 2015 county -level leadership target target, and received 2794 yuan in individual super standards.There are still other problems in violation of work discipline.In September 2019, Bian Sifa was severely warned by the party , and all the bonuses issued in violation of regulations have refunded the finances.Other relevant responsible persons are dealt with accordingly.
