28 countries and the European Union agreed that new efforts need to be made globally to ensure the development and use of AI in a safe and responsible manner.

Xinhua News Agency reported that the Blaici Declaration (Declaration) said that AI brought huge opportunities, has the potential to enhance human well -being, peace and prosperity, and deployed in many fields of daily life.But at the same time, AI also brings major potential risks.The declaration believes that the problem of conscious abuse or unconscious control of cutting -edge AI technology may cause huge risks, especially in terms of network security, biotechnology, and intensified spread of false information.

Declaration emphasize that many AI risks are essentially international, so "it is best to solve it through international cooperation."Participating countries and regions agreed to work together to create a cutting -edge AI security scientific research network with "international inclusiveness" to deepen understanding of AI risks and capabilities that have not yet fully understood.

During the two -day period of this global AI security summit, representatives of the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, China, India and other parties discussed the risks and opportunities brought about by the rapid development of AI technology.

According to a statement issued by the British government, the next AI Security Summit will be held in France one year later. South Korea will jointly host a small virtual summit in the next six months.
