The Taiwan China Times quoted sources that representatives of mainland China negotiations who had insisted on public apology had considered consent to be changed to written apology, and the two sides discussed the content of the text on Wednesday (28th).
Liao Yunhong, the patrol team leader of the Sea Patrol Department, also responded at a press conference held on Thursday that according to the objective evidence of the current investigation, there is no colleagues' liability for negligence, so there is currently no written apology plan.
