（台北综合讯）国民党星期四摘得立法院正副院长后，民进党和民众党隔天就哪一方先主动促成“绿白配”隔空交火。民众党星期五（2月2日）下午召开记者会，坚持是绿营接触在先，党主席柯文哲是抱着善意回电，并称下周将继续提告民进党。
综合台湾联合报、中国时报等报道，民进党发言人吴峥在立法院正副院长尘埃落定当天（2月1日）爆料，柯文哲曾致电绿营医界大佬，盼民进党支持黄珊珊当院长。
坚称是绿营接触在先 柯文哲斥民进党造谣
对此，柯文哲星期五一早痛批民进党造谣，并扬言将提告吴峥和相关网媒记者。
民众党立委黄珊珊同一天接受联合报专访时也说，是民进党大佬先打电话给柯文哲，柯基于礼貌才回复，并以简讯清楚表明不会投给民进党新潮流系的蔡其昌。
双方各执一词，本事件中居间协调的绿营前立委、医师陈永兴星期五发表公开信，详述事情经过。据陈永兴表述，他原本在民众党星期一（1月29日）推黄珊珊竞选立法院长后，就认为绿白合作无法实现，未再作任何沟通协调。
