The Taiwan Ministry of National Defense seized four air -air balloon in Mainland China on Thursday (January 25) in the airspace around the Taiwan Strait. One of the balloons was 51 nautical miles from the northwest of Taichung.
According to the Taiwan Ministry of Defense on Friday (January 26), these four balloons were at 6:51 am, 11.43, 11.48, and 3:17 on the 25th.Excluding, 57 nautical miles (about 105 kilometers) in the northwest of Taichung, 80 nautical miles (148 kilometers) northwest of Keelung, 51 nautical miles (94.4 kilometers) northwest of Taichung, and 112 nautical miles (207.4 kilometers) northwest of Pingtung.
The lowest flight height of the balloon is about 15,000 feet (4572 meters).Four balloons disappeared at 7:35 am on the 25th, 12:39 pm, 12:32 pm, and disappeared at 8:07 pm.
The Taiwan Army announced on the same day that from 6 am from 6 am to Friday at 6 am, a total of 10 military aircraft were found in the mainland.The extension line enters the southwest airspace of the Taiwan Air Defense Recognition Zone.
