The Hong Kong Director of Law, Lin Dingguo, announced on Thursday (December 28) that all cases involving the case involving the Hong Kong National Security Law case were disclosed to fight back the lack of transparency of the national security law case.

Lin Dingguo announced the above decision on Facebook on Thursday. He wrote in the post that since the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law for three years, although the judgment of all the National Security Acts is open and transparent, there is still a state of missing statement and allegations of the National Security Law in the world.

He said that the best law of looking at and judging the National Security Law is to understand how the Hong Kong court explained and enforce the National Security Law through the relevant judgments of the court. Therefore, the Hong Kong Department of Justice decided to compile all the judgments involved in the Guoan Act into a case abstract, assembled the interpretation, and then uploaded to the specially exclusive webpage for external reading.

Lin Dingguo said that he expects to deepen all sectors of society through disclosure, especially those engaged in laws, education and service public institutions, to strengthen the public's awareness of national security.

He also mentioned that the official "Hong Kong National Security Law" and the "Criminal Crime Regulations" have been incited to the special network.Article 10 Court cases related to the crime of incitement are currently only available in English. The Chinese version is expected to be provided early next year. The content of the webpage will also be updated regularly according to the legal development.
