According to the announcement, the Ministry of Commerce of China received an anti -dumping survey application officially submitted by the Chinese propelic acid industry on behalf of the Jiangsu Chemical Industry Association on May 23 this year, requesting an anti -dumping survey of imported propionic acid native to the United StatesEssenceThe Ministry of Commerce of China conducted a review according to regulations.
Preliminary review found that the proparic acid production of the Jiangsu Provincial Chemical Industry Association in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 accounted for more than 50%of the total production of similar products in China during the same period.It is in line with the regulations on the anti -dumping regulations of the People's Republic of China on the application of anti -dumping investigation applications.
According to the above review results, the Ministry of Commerce of China has decided to conduct anti -dumping case investigations on imported propionic acid native to the United States from July 21 this year.
Announcement said that the dumping period determined by this survey is from April 1st to March 31st last year, and the industrial damage survey period is from January 1, 2019 to March 31st.From July 21st this year, the investigation should usually end before July 21 next year. In special circumstances, it can be extended to January 21, 2025.
