"negative electricity price" is obviously a question of both public opinion and the public.Shouldn't the so -called "negative electricity price" be the concept of power generation companies to put money to users?In other words, users use more electricity, not only do not need to pay, but also earn money. So the more electricity is used, the more money is made. It is really a good thing.
I have heard of negative interest rates and negative oil prices, but the Chinese should not have enjoyed it, let alone "negative electricity".Although it is just such a phenomenon in Shandong, if you do not investigate and study and analyze comprehensive analysis, once there are more places where the same phenomenon occurs, it may cause serious waste of resources.
From the perspective of media disclosure, the cause of negative electricity prices is that Shandong photovoltaic power generation has developed rapidly and the proportion is very high. During the May Day, the weather is good, the sun is full, the photovoltaic power generation effect is good, and the supply is large.Chinese policy requires digestion of new energy power first.In this way, the phenomenon of short -term excess supply in Shandong's power supply, and the electricity price appeared negative.The second is that many enterprises are on vacation during May Day. Employees travel out, leading to a decline in power demand, and then the phenomenon of unbalanced supply and demand. Electricity prices are from high to low, and the phase is positive to negative.
The first reason should exist.However, if the economy is running normally, negative electricity prices will not occur.People in the industry have a little far -fetched the corporate shutdown during the May 1st period of corporate stop working.If the enterprise orders are abundant and the market is active, employees should not be allowed to travel on May Day.In more cases, the market is sluggish, insufficient demand, and enterprises do not have orders.If there is really a corporate stop work to allow employees to travel outside, it must be insufficient orders.
This also means that the phenomenon of negative electricity prices occur in Shandong. The reason for the surface layer is that photovoltaic development is rapid, the power supply is sufficient, and even the excess is excess.In the slow recovery, there is no full power demand, let alone a full load.If the operation of the enterprise continues to be at a lower level, the phenomenon of negative price is not temporary, but it is likely to be more frequent and lasting.
It is expected that after the negative price phenomenon occurs, the Shandong side may take certain measures on the power supply side to reduce the power generation of photovoltaic, in order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in the market.This approach is obviously not the cure.The most fundamental thing that really wants to no longer have negative electricity prices is that the market demand is that the company's operation is normal, and the income of residents has increased steadily.Because for a considerable period of time, China's power market is in short supply.Especially in the summer and winter seasons, often facing the phenomenon of pulling the gate because of insufficient power supply, it has a adverse effect on the lives of enterprises and residents.In other words, China has not yet entered the era of negative price.The occurrence of negative price phenomena can only be short -term, local, and cannot be long -term and global.
For Shandong, a comprehensive and in -depth analysis of the reasons for negative electricity prices should be conducted and objectively evaluated. Do not avoid contradictions and problems.Especially the operation of the enterprise and the demand for power.If after analysis, the problem is found that the problem lies in demand, then the road should be found on the demand side instead of the supply side.According to the current economic volume and market demand, if the supply side is sufficient, it will only bring a decline in electricity prices, and it is difficult to have negative electricity prices.If it really brings negative electricity prices because of excessive supply, it is necessary to restrict the investment of power generation companies.However, the actual situation is not the case. The economic operation does not reach a high level, and the recovery speed of the enterprise should be the real reason for the negative electricity price.
