The report pointed out that since 2018, Wuda Bay Industrial Park has built five coal -fired power plants to power the smelting facilities, and it is also planned to build 12 more.The coal consumed by 17 coal -fired power plants is more consumed than Spain or Brazil each year.
The International Organization of Climate Rights calls on enterprises to immediately take measures to correct pollution and properly dispose of slag to minimize the destruction of the environment as much as possible.
