Hong Kong updates the Code Code of Civil Servant.

The Hong Kong Civil Servant Affairs Bureau promulgated the updated version of the Civil Service Code (hereinafter referred to as the Code) of the Civil Servant.The rules are clear that all civil servants must not criticize government policies as civil servants.

Yang He Beiyin, director of the Hong Kong Civil Service Bureau, said in the news bulletin of the Hong Kong government that day: "We have completed the consultation work of the update rules in January this year, and most of the opinions collected support the update rules.After the opinions of each holder (including the Central Evaluation Parliament, Civil Service Group and individual civil servants), we have finalized and promulgated the updated version of the rules.The relevant part is explained in the updated version of the rules.Public services, loyalty, adherence to the rule of law, integrity and righteousness, political neutrality, professional spirit, team spirit, benefits -oriented, performance accountability and confidentiality principles.In addition, civil servants must comply with the constraints of the requirements of the update version of the rules and the expectations of the society's expectations for civil servants.

The basic belief in the renewal of the loyalty in the version of the rules require all civil servants to be loyal to the central people's government that is loyal to the Chief Executive and its loyalty to the Central People's Government.You must fulfill your duties and responsibilities with a fair attitude and cannot be private; you cannot criticize any government policies or support other people's opposition as a civil servant.

As for the basic beliefs of political neutrality, all civil servants support the "one country, two systems", maintaining national security, fully assisting the administrative officials to effective administration, and supporting the policy stance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.The political neutrality of civil servants must be based on loyal countries and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.Civil servants must not selectively refuse, procrastinate, or passively implement their government policies that they may not agree with because of their own political opinions, or cause others to adopt an unbelievable or hostile attitude towards the government in any other way.
