The world's first 13,000 box of liquefied natural gas dual -fuel container ships built by the China Shipping Group Hudong China Shipbuilding was officially delivered on Thursday (December 7).
According to CCTV news reports, the total length of the ship is 336 meters long and 51 meters wide. A huge romantic guide board is installed in the bow, which can save 2%to 4%fuel consumption during sailing.At the same time, this ship is equipped with the first Chinese independent brand host, using natural gas LNG and ship fuel dual fuel power system. It is the world's latest generation of green environmental protection container ships.
This ship will operate on South America, the largest dual -fuel container ship on this route.
