According to the surging news on Friday (November 17), Yang Dongning, the former director of the Innovation Department of the CBRC, has replaced Li Mingxiao as the director of the Beijing Bureau.Zhou Jialong, director of the Anhui Bureau, replaced Bao Zuming and was transferred to the director of Zhejiang Bureau.

Yang Dongning is 47 years old. He has worked in the Banking Regulatory Commission Policy and Regulation Department (Research Bureau), the General Office, Party Committee Propaganda Department, Banking Regulatory Commission's Banking Institutions Inspection Bureau, and Innovation Business Supervision Department.He has successively served as deputy inspector of the General Office of the Banking Regulatory Commission, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, deputy head of the Beijing Dongcheng District (job), spokesman for the CBRC, Deputy Director of the Banking Regulatory Commission Banking Institutions Inspection Bureau, and Director of the Innovation Business Supervision Department.

Zhou Jialong is 52 years old. He worked in the former CBRC earlier, and successively served as deputy director and director of the supervision department of the Banking Regulatory Commission Cooperation Financial Institution.In October 2014, he served as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Henan Banking Regulatory Bureau.In the second half of 2020, he served as the party secretary and director of the former Anhui Banking Insurance Regulatory Bureau.
