France and Germany jointly propose a solution to the Kosovo issue.This solution is based on the two -German model and is called the French -German solution.The European Union was later accepted.The plan requires Serbia and Kosovo to respect the principles of national sovereignty and territorial integrity, acknowledge the opponent's national logo, and allow the other party to join international organizations such as the United Nations.This is equivalent to Serbia's independence of Kosovo.
At first Serbia was not interested in the plan, but in the 20th talks, Wugic agreed.Wugic said that the West gave him an ultimatum.
