Different from the Western world, although there is no mistake, the original response of the local responsible department is rapid.The facts and time points are very critical: one day, that is, on December 30, the Wuhan Health and Health Commission issued an emergency notice on the treatment of pneumonia for unknown reasons to various medical institutions.
A few hours later, the central government sent an expert group of the State Health and Health Commission to the scene to investigate and deal with the potential epidemic organization.The expert group arrived in Wuhan in the early morning of December 31. At 1 pm on the same day, the Wuhan Health Commission publicly reported that 27 cases of viral pneumonia were found in 27 unknown reasons, and said that so far, the investigation has not been found that there are obvious phenomena of people.No medical personnel were found infected.The consequences of this sentence become the nightmare of China.
According to the standard procedures for dealing with infectious diseases, the World Health Organization received a notification on December 31.The outbreak news released by the WHO confirmed that the report was received on the same day: the case of unknown pneumonia was found in Wuhan.In other words, the WHO issued a global warning only two days after Zhang Jixian's hospital.
Li Wenliang is an ophthalmologist and has not been trained to be diagnosed with complex respiratory diseases.He and several other doctors probably saw an emergency notice issued by the Wuhan Health Commission on December 30.Based on understandable concerns, he posted information in the classmate group at 5:43 pm on December 30, warning that the Shace case was found.

Therefore, what is the evidence of China covering the epidemic?After conducting a known virus test on a sick family, Zhang Jixian only knew that this was a different disease and sounded the alarm.This is enough to promote local and national officials at all levels to respond quickly.
At the beginning of the epidemic, the biggest mistake was to judge errors, and did not take into account the possibility of people in a timely manner. This was probably because some medical cases were not reported at the time and the data was insufficient.Sadly, the United States has not learned lessons from this. It is still suffering from severe inspection, and the number of infectious case numbers generated by this is underestimated.
