This is the sadness of the patient and the shame of the doctor.This behavior has been suspected of using duty crimes and is also a source of pollution of toxic social atmosphere.
Practice has proved that it is difficult for doctors to collect red envelopes, moral preaching and disciplinary sanctions, and law must play their due role.
