China can work with other countries to carry out projects in third -party countries, without having to be limited to the central radiation mode arrangement between China and countries along the route.

He pointed out that the interconnection project must be economical and feasible and financially stable. This can strengthen accountability and risk management, improve the overall probability of project success, and make the outside world more confident in future projects.

Premier Li reiterated that Singapore has been a firm supporter of the Belt and Road Initiative for a long time, and believes that China and the world will benefit from it.

He pointed out that with the growth of China's economic strength and international influence, strategic balance has begun to be transferred and will continue to transfer.Whether all of us and all countries can continue to enjoy peace and prosperity depends on how China plays an international role and how the international community adapts to China's growing influence.

He said that China naturally hopes to occupy a place that matches its strength and influence in regional and international affairs. Other countries also look forward to China's more contributions to the international system.

He believes that the Belt and Road Initiative can contribute a lot of peace and orderly transfer to global order, and at the same time support China to play an international role that is constructive and commensurate with its volume and potential.
