The latest data shows that Hong Kong's unemployment rate remains 3%, which is the same as last season.
According to the Hong Kong Sakai News Agency, the Statistics Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government issued the latest number of labor population statistics on Monday (June 19).The season of 3.6738 million people increased by about 17,900.During the same period, the total labor population increased from 3.7703 million to 3.787 million, an increase of about 16,700.
The number of unemployed people (without seasonal adjustment) has fallen from 114,400 in the previous quarter to 113,100 people this season, a decrease of about 1,300.The number of less employment is 44,400, which is similar to the previous season.
It is reported that with the recovery of the economy, the labor market has continued to improve, and the latest unemployment rates in various industries have different changes.
The total unemployment rate of consumer and tourism -related industries remains 4.2%; of which, the unemployment rate of the retail and catering service activity industry remains at 3.8%and 4.8%, respectively.The rate fell 0.4 percentage points to 3.5%.
