Hao Hongjun, former chairman of the Dalian CPPCC, Liaoning Province, was prosecuted

China Supreme People's Procuratorate reported on Tuesday (December 12) that Hao Hongjun, former party secretary and chairman of the Dalian CPPCC of the Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, was suspected of accepting bribery.The People's Procuratorate of Handan City, Hebei Province reviewed and prosecuted.Recently, the Handan People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution to the Handan Intermediate People's Court.

Prosecutor's prosecution accused: Hao Hongjun used the use of the deputy mayor of the Liaoning Provincial Yantou Municipal Government, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Standing Committee Member of the Funshun Municipal Committee of Liaoning Province, Secretary of the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, Standing Committee of the Dalian Municipal Committee of Liaoning Province, and Municipal Discipline Inspection CommissionSecretary, director of the Supervisory Commission, deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Deputy Director of the Supervisory Committee, Chairman of the Dalian CPPCC, etc., and the convenience conditions formed by using their own powers and status to obtain benefits for others, illegally accept others' property, and the amount is special.It is huge, and it should be held criminally responsible for bribery.

Hao Hongjun served as the chairman of the Dalian CPPCC in January 2022. In February 2023, he was investigated at Ren Shangguan. In July, he was expelled from the Communist Party of China and public office.
