The Weibo user who claims to be a student of Southwest University Law School "Southwest University Weiquan Snow 228" posted on Weibo last Saturday (January 21), reflecting the doctoral tutor of the School of Law School of the Southwest University, a second -level professorZhao Ming's experience of "hidden rules".She complained that Zhao Ming used his instructor's power to coerce her with his improper relationship for three years, and demanded that he would follow him. She failed to receive a degree after the degree thesis defense was passed.

Southwest University on Wednesday (January 25) issued a description on the official Weibo "Southwest University" stating: "After investigation, Zhao has an improper relationship with the student, and there is a serious problem of morality." The school decided to cancel Zhao Ming's postgraduate mentor qualification, transferred from teachers' positions, reduced post levels, and reported to the competent department to approve the elimination of teachers.

As for the female student who could not be awarded a doctorate degree, Southwest University said that the academic committee reviewed that the student did not meet the basic requirements of the innovative results of the doctorate degree in the discipline and did not agree to awarded a doctorate degree.
