The China Securities Regulatory Commission began this week to adopt a closed -loop management arrangement for some employees.Employees work and live in the headquarters, and at the same time require some employees to prepare for the office and living for a period of time, and other employees can work at home.

People familiar with the matter said that the China Banking Regulatory Commission also issued instructions to employees stationed in Beijing this week and plans to implement a batch work system from next week.

Another person familiar with the matter said that the China Development and Reform Commission notified employees that they would divide them into two batches and take turns to work in the office every other week.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission, the China Banking Regulatory Commission, and the China Development and Reform Commission have not immediately responded to Reuters' comment requests.

Beijing has always adhered to the "dynamic clear zero" policy, and the Chinese government departments and banks in Beijing also operate under normal manpower distribution this year, and employees are basically unnecessary to leave Beijing.

People familiar with the matter said that among the four major state -owned banks in China, Bank of China has issued a notice to employees, and will divide them in three batches in Beijing and take turns to work in the office every other week.However, Bank of China has not yet determined when to start the implementation of the working system.

The Bank of China refuses to comment on the above arrangements.
