(Seoul Composite Electric) North Korea has included nuclear military policy in the constitution. North Korean leader Kim Jong -un vowed to accelerate nuclear weapons production to curb his so -called American provocation.

The North Korean Society reported that after the two -day meeting, the North Korean Supreme People's Conference unanimously passed the constitutional amendment on Thursday (September 28) to permanently incorporate the nuclear military policy into the National Basic Law.

The revised constitution clearly stipulates that North Korea can promote the development and upgrading of nuclear weapons in order to ensure the right of national survival and development, curb war, and maintain regional and world peace and stability.

Kim Jong -un said in his speech: "North Korea's policy of building nuclear military forces has become the Basic Law of the Permanent State, and no one is allowed to despise."

He emphasized that it is necessary to promote a double growth of nuclear weapons output, seek diversification of nuclear strikes, and deploy nuclear forces in different types of military.

Kim Jong -un pointed out that the United States "jointly deploy strategic nuclear assets near the North Korean Peninsula by restoring the large -scale nuclear war exercises with obvious aggression. This is to maximize the nuclear war against North Korea."

He accused the three -party military alliance composed of the United States, South Korea and Japan, which will eventually lead to the appearance of the "Asian version of NATO". This is the root of war and aggression, and "the most serious practical threat".

South Korea shows that South Korea and Japan will overwhelm the constitution of North Korea's nuclear weapons, and will strengthen sanctions and pressure on North Korea with the international community, prompting North Korea to dispel the development of nuclear weapons.

South Korea: If North Korea uses nuclear weapons and North Korea will face the end

The Ministry of Unification of South Korea said in a statement: "We emphasize again that if North Korea uses nuclear weapons, the North Korean regime will face the end."

The Secretary -General of Japan's Cabinet Matsuno pointed out that North Korea's nuclear military plan is "absolutely unacceptable": "North Korea's nuclear weapons and missile development will threaten the peace and security of Japan and the international community."

Kim Jong -un just ended his visit to Russia last week. During his visit to Russia, he agreed with Russian President Putin to strengthen military and economic cooperation between the two countries.

American and South Korean officials are worried that Pyongyang may seek technical assistance from Russia for the development of nuclear weapons and missile plans, while Moscow tries to obtain ammunition from North Korea to fill the increasingly reduced inventory after the Russian army broke out.

Analysts believe that writing nuclear policies into the Constitution is a symbolic measure, showing that North Korea intends to have permanent nuclear forces without negotiating.

Liang Maojin, a professor at the University of North Korea, said: "The New Cold War in Northeast Asia and the military tensions on the Korean Peninsula will increase."

He pointed out: "Kim Jong -un's speech ... marks that North Korea's nuclear forces will last, which makes North Korea's outlook of non -denuclearization."

Honorary professor of Stanford University, Herke, said that Russia may provide a light water reactor on Pyongyang on the grounds of assisting North Korea to obtain peace nuclear power generation capabilities.

Heck is one of the few American scientists who have participated in the inspection of North Korea's major nuclear facilities. He said: "North Korea may change the purpose of light water reactors for production ... In the short term, I am most worried about the direct supply of Russia to North Korea."

He pointed out that this will enable North Korea to double increase fission material inventory, and these materials can be used to make small warheads such as small warheads.

Liang Maojin also said that Kim Jong -un's visit to Russia and might have strengthened military cooperation with Moscow show that "Kim Jong -un is more committed to making North Korea a strong nuclear military country."
