The Minister of Trade of the Asia -Pacific Economic Cooperation Organization agreed to promote more inclusive and sustainable trade, but failed to issue a joint statement because Russia and China opposed the statement of Ukraine issues.

Reuters reports that the two -day Asia -Pacific Economic Cooperation Organization (APEC) Minister of Trade Conference ended on Friday (May 26) in Detroit, USA.

Dai Qi, the US trade representative of the host, issued a chairman's statement to summarize the discussion, emphasizing that the focus of the meeting was tolerance, climate change and sustainability.

Daiqi said in a statement: "We reiterate that we are determined to provide a freedom, openness, fairness, non -discrimination, transparency, tolerance, and predictable trade and investment environment."

APEC economy has also reiterated that it is committed to the World Trade Organization (WTO) as the core and regularly -based multilateral trading system."We will continue to work hard to ensure a fair competitive environment in order to create an environment that is conducive to trade and investment, and reiterate our commitment to keeping the market open and solving the supply chain interruption."
