In recent years, Sino -Indian relations have changed from heat to cold and once fell into a trough. It is an indisputable fact. From India's diplomacy to China, preventing China for military, and accusing China of accusing China in public opinion, it seems that it is difficult to prevent people from now on the "systemic anti -China", "choose to stand in the United States and the West", "China"The conclusions of the Indian relationship will not return to the past. "However, India is a diversified society. Its government, media, all sectors of society and different groups cannot be used to be equal. Objectively, their attitude towards China has a slight temperature difference. At present, although there are many negative negative factors restricting Sino -Indian relations, there are also rational and positive factor that promotes India's policy of returning to the pragmatic track of China.

First of all, there is a temperature difference between the central land.India's independence has been pursuing the federal system so far.The central government generated throughout the country has the absolute dominance and final decision rights in the field of defense, diplomacy, and security.Power, and due to the economic level, historical culture, population, religious beliefs, language, and the specific differences between the ruling party, the governing style of the local government is also different. With the continuous improvement of India's globalization level in recent years, especially after the cancellation of the license management system, the state government's autonomy participation in international economic activities has become stronger and stronger. In order to increase local employment and drive economic and social development. This is more obvious in Mahara Shirashdra, Tamilnad, Karnatak, Gujarat, etc., the top economic strength in India. In terms of cognition and specific attitude towards China, the central government often puts politics and security first, while local governments pay more attention to local economic and social development.

Second, there is temperature difference between regions. In recent years, India's economic growth has accelerated, but it is also one of the most imbalanced emerging economies in the world. Not only is the gap between the rich and the poor in China, but the level of economic development in different regions is also very different. If the traditional Indian north -south boundary line is roughly planned, compared with North India north of the mountains, the economic development of South India south of the mountains is generally good, the education level is generally high, the illiterate rate and poverty rateEven the criticism of the surnames of the surname is low.In terms of cultural traditions, North Indian society is more enthusiastic about the dream of great powers and respects Hinduism. In addition, the long -year -old farming tradition makes it relatively excluding, conservative and even radical, and the political and religious atmosphere is very strong. The South Indian society prefers trade and business, pays attention to family and family, is more pragmatic and open -minded, and is not keen to pursue ideological first.

Recently, when I went to New Delhi and Mumbai, India communicated with people from the two places, I was very touching. In the Political Center New Delhi, people talk more about political security topics in relations between the two countries, and when Mencius, Mencius in the largest commercial center, few people mention political topics. It is generally hoped that the two countries will be less geopolitically politically in the context of the current international situation complex and changeable and uncertain economic prospects to avoid exacerbating people's opposition; more pragmatic cooperation to better benefit the people of the two countries. This also reflects the characteristics of Southern India's society that emphasizes pragmatic and light slogans.

Third, there is a temperature difference between occupations. For a long time, Indian society has the biggest voice in Sino -India relations is media people, experts and scholars, and retired military and political officials.Frankly speaking, some media people in India play a negative energy and destructive role. Among them, the reasons for the fierce competition in the Indian media. All parties want to win in the Battle of Eyes, Sales, and Traffic Strikes. The relationship is naturally a shortcut; many media people have prejudice to China, the political orientation "westernization", and the interest groups behind the interest groups. This trend has not only weakened in recent years, but has intensified.

The Indian strategic industry, which is gathered by experts and scholars and retired military and political officials, has a general attitude towards China in recent years. The rational voice of China -India's conflict and advocating the global perspective of China -India relations.Among them, there are both members who have participated in India's major diplomatic decisions in China, scholars who have experienced the stable development period of Sino -Indian relations, understanding the ins and outs of the border disputes, and even retired generals who have been in the defense border and many years.

Fourth, there is temperature difference between industry.Over the years, economic and trade cooperation has been a highlight of China -India relations.Although there have been many interference factor in the past few years, trade between the two countries has still increased against the trend.According to the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs, China and India's bilateral trade in 2022 reached US $ 135.9 billion, a record high. The main products of China -India trade are mechanical, chemical products, chemical metals, mineral products, textile raw materials, etc. Chinese electronics, sports equipment, cultural and educational products, toy lamps, etc. Many importers and manufacturers in India have benefited a lot.It can be said that most of the business people and practitioners involving these related industrial chains and supply chains are mostly happy to see and support the improvement of China -India relations, so that they can create a loose political atmosphere for the two countries in the future.

However, in India's emerging Internet companies engaged in short videos, social, e -commerce, and game categories, in the eyes of interest groups behind, China is a direct and largest competitor. From the reactions after the Indian government in recent years, on the grounds of "national security", after blocking a large number of Chinese applications, they generally do not conceal their support, and they have begun to "recover the loss of land" after the "reference".
