Afghanistan Taliban has re -controlled power for more than 15 months, but so far, no country has given foreign recognition.Russia has not deleted Taliban from the list of terrorist organizations; Taliban's efforts to seek the United Nations seats have been repeatedly frustrated ... So why?Because there is a serious trust deficit between the international community and the Taliban. In the past 20 years, although Taliban has changed significantly, the "trust deficit" problem has been followed.

Telban's trust deficit problem is formed during the first administration. It promotes radicals and even extreme policies and measures, and even bombed Bamanan Buddha.Taliban's national governance capabilities are also lacking. These can be regarded as the main cause of Taliban's trust in deficit.Taliban was in power for more than five years, and only three countries were recognized during the period. It can be said that the problem of trust deficit has caused Taliban to be in a rare isolation in the international community.

After the September 1st incident, because of the shelter Osama, the United States launched a war of counter -terrorism and overturned the Taliban regime. This has little controversy in the international community, showing how serious the trust deficit between the international community and the Taliban accumulate.

After the United States announced in 2014, after the withdrawal from Afghanistan, Taliban, as Afghanistan's pivotal political and military forces, has been valued by more and more countries.Selected, while supporting the Afghan government, the contact and interaction with the Taliban also increased.Needless to say, the persuasion and talks of the international community actually promoted the fighting spirit and influence of Taliban. At the same time, the international community's concerns about the rise of Taliban also increased accordingly. In other words, Taliban's trust deficit problem once again highlighted.

In 2020, after the United States and Taliban reached a peace agreement, the Taliban East Mountains had been unstoppable, and the expectations of the international community for Taliban became more and more clear and clear. In fact, these trusted deficits are reflected in the international community and Taliban.Since the internal negotiations of Afghan people, the international community has set out at least three red lines for the Taliban: it does not support to establish any government in Afghanistan by force; it does not support the restoration of the Afghan and Islamic chiefs; it must not condone or support terrorism. With repeated warnings of the international community, Taliban still crossed the first two red lines. As a result, the trust deficit between the international community and the Taliban increased again.

Taliban has risen again, especially since re -administration, echoing the concerns of the international community and making a series of solemn commitments such as counter -terrorism, tolerance of government, and protecting women's rights. In general, since the year of re -administration, the situation in Afghanistan has improved, but it is still crisis and hidden dangers. The Taliban regime is increasingly stable, and tolerance needs to be further advanced; the security situation improves, and the threat of terrorism still cannot be underestimated; the economic situation is still severe, the humanitarian crisis continues to intensify;Progress. The current situation in Afghanistan has made Taliban's trust in the deficit problem more difficult.

In particular, in terms of protecting women's rights, Taliban's policies and measures have repeatedly declined or even retreat. To this end, on December 28 last year, the UN Security Council urged the Taliban to withdraw a number of bans to women.

Obviously, trust deficit has become the most prominent problem that hinders Taliban to win diplomatic recognition, and it is also continuing to exacerbate the systemic crisis of Afghanistan. If Taliban cannot do everything possible to solve the problem of trust with the international community, it will be difficult to win the recognition of the international community, and it may even endanger the governing status.

How to solve the problem of trust deficit?Taliban should show more sincerity, take more practical actions, and actively fulfill their commitments to the international community. As the former foreign minister Wang Yi said, the role change must be completed as soon as possible, and more progress has been made in promoting national reconciliation, more tolerance to establish politics, and ensuring the employment and educational rights of women and children., Take more specific results. In addition, there is no other way.
