tired.

Tired.

This is my experience of seven years after I stepped into the tuition.

Not because of tutoring, or tired of cultivating Singapore's future pillars, but tired of everyone pointed their finger at the tuition class, and felt that some of the students' pressure came from us.

Tutoring in Singapore is a negative vocabulary.Tutoring represents the birth of fear of losing, exerting pressure on children, and evil.Tutoring teachers are also subordinate relatives of school teachers.

Every time I talk about the examination or tutoring of the Six Sixth Sixth Association, politicians will definitely use the questions to promote reducing their dependence on tutoring, or point the core of the issue to the tutoring industry.Last month, a PhD in economy spoke today, questioning the phenomenon of increasing the tutoring center and expressed concern about this situation.

Of course I have a seat, because I am engaged in this line.I remember when I just switched from the reporter's industry to a tutoring teacher, when others asked my profession, I found that I was a tuition teacher, and there was an embarrassing scene immediately. It seemed that I had committed the law and did something that could not be seen.I personally engage in tutoring because I do not want to be subject to official constraints. I hope to carry forward my educational philosophy and can play freely. This time, because I needed to hire a teacher, I met a good teacher who wanted to concentrate on teaching, but did not want to involve fragmented affairs in school management. However, because of the identity, in the eyes of society, these good teachers will always lose school teachers.

It is not wrong to reduce students' dependence on additional help. It is not wrong to want children to have less pressure, but it is a bit unfair to push the defects of education to the tuition industry. There must be supply if there is demand. We also have to consider why the tuition industry has always been booming.

A young parent complained to me: During the parent meeting, the school teacher told the parents that the reason why the child did not perform well was because the parents did not tutor the child. This situation is commonplace, and I am not the first time I heard the theory of shiring responsibility. They have such concepts, and of course I am happy because they can help promote my business. If the school teachers also outsourcing the responsibility of teaching to the tutor, can society blame us?

More importantly: When criticizing the parents to send their children to the tuition center, can we compare the pressure that parents are facing today? The society often uses a self -preceding attitude, and the parents who send their children to the tutoring center have completely ignored the parents who may help for help because they are helpless. Many people think that parents are wasting money and irresponsible. The children did not tuition at that time. Why do I need it now?mdash; mdash; This is the views held by most people.Every family has a scripture that is difficult to read, and there is no need to discuss the behavior of others, because we are not perfect.Modern parents are not easy to be. In addition to being busy, they have to do housework and teach children at night. It is not simple.I want to find someone to help but be viewed by the society with a colored vision, which is very unfair.

Nowadays, the tutoring centers are everywhere: some pay attention to academic studies, some focus on moral training, and some focus on the cultivation of creativity; in fact, tuition is the same as other products, and it is full of services according to personal requirements. If you have the ability, you can sign up for assistance; you have no funds, or feel that the child should enjoy the post -school time, so that he can study independently.Regardless of whether you do not agree with the existence of the tuition class, we cannot deny the hard work of education. The so -called tuition is to supplement any defects. It is not a compulsory course, but if any student has this need, we should give support, instead of falling to the ground that tuition is the evil result of the utilitarian society.
