Current affairs perspective

The revised fugitive regulations in Hong Kong have entered a climax before the Chief Executive announced the suspension. This incident reflects the systemic trust crisis between stakeholders. This crisis is mainly due to the deviation of the governance of the Hong Kong government. The relevant departments need to learn lessons and improve the level of governance. All parties should try their best to eliminate anger and misunderstandings, and strive to rebuild confidence and trust.

The most direct crisis caused by the incident is the distrust of the chief executives, the Hong Kong government, and the opposition and the demonstrations. The fierce rebound encountered a fierce rebound, indicating that the communication was insufficient beforehand, and did not realize the huge differences between the laws and people's conditions of the two places between the two places of Lu and Hong Kong; coupled with the fierce advancement of the chief executive, triggering the anger and fear of the opponents, and the people who had a wait -and -see attitude were originally a wait -and -see attitude. On the streets, the distrust of a large number of people and the Chief Executive of the opposition parties caused the Hong Kong government to be trapped in the Tssei trap.

Secondly, the incident exposed the crisis of trust in the mainland's judicial system. In recent years, Hong Kong and Taiwan and the international community have the trust in mainland judicial judicialness because of various incidents, although there are no shortage of prejudice and misunderstandings in the middle.

Finally, the incident deepened Taiwan's distrust of the practice of the two systems and two systems in the mainland, and objectively helped Tsai Ing -wen, who was in trouble.Since Tsai Ing -wen came to power, the contradiction between the two sides of the 1992 consensus issues has risen, and the Taiwan Green Camp has been suspicious of one country, two systems. The incident found the foundation for further opposition to one country, two systems for the Green Camp. It will also deepen Western's distrust of China and complicate Sino -US relations.

The above main trust crisis has the deviation of the bias and international factors of the governance of the Hong Kong government.Hong Kong has been colonized for more than 100 years by Britain, and has formed political culture and recognition that is different from the mainland.Since the return of 1997, the implementation of the policy of one country, two systems has been successful in general, but the deviation of the governance ideas of the Hong Kong government has led to the recent repair disputes.

The Chief Executive and the Institute attach too much attention to the support of the central government, and ignore the communication with opposition, especially young students, and think that the policy that is supported by the central government can be vigorously implemented.

Due to various restricted factors, the central government is also difficult to communicate directly with or unsuitable with or or young students, and pays too much attention to the relationship between Hong Kong affairs with the relationship with the Chief Executive and Establishment. The influence of international factors interfere with the pretext of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union with human rights and Hong Kong autonomy.

In response to the above trust crisis, all parties should strive to eliminate anger and fear, and actively rebuild confidence and trust.Specific countermeasures:

Reading the two systems of one country and respecting the differences between the political culture and laws of the two places, the Hong Kong Government should avoid adopting the mainland policy model when governing Hong Kong, and then consider implementing the practice after the timing matures, or promises to abandon the practice.

The Hong Kong Government reflects on improper policies, and the chief executive should apologize more sincerely (the opposition believes that the chief executive's written and verbal apology is not sincere), and the political definition of the parade. The Hong Kong Government's tough response (definition of rubber bullets and riots) is considered by the public to ignore or ignore public opinion, which will cause anger and also have some fear of the future uncertainty.

Strengthen communication with opposition and young students, and give play to the traditional advantages of the Chinese United Front.Strengthen contact and communication with relevant groups, understand public opinion, respect public opinion, and eliminate misunderstandings to establish confidence and trust.

Hearing should be held before formulating relevant policies, and different opinions of all parties should be held. The purpose of correcting a policy to promote a policy is to effectively govern Hong Kong and maintain social stability, rather than to promote a policy at the cost of sacrificing social stability.
