The ceremony was presented by He Yicheng, the Chief Executive of the Macau Special Administrative Region, Zheng Xincong, Director of Macau Sino -Joint Office, Liu Xianfa, a special agent of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Australia, and commanders of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in Australia in the Yangtze River and Political Commissioner Lin Qinghua.After the ceremony, there are radio gymnastics and dance performances.
Golden Lotus Plaza is one of the landmarks in Macau, and was established to celebrate the transfer of Macau's sovereignty in 1999.
