The Executive Committee of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced on Thursday (October 12) that Shanghai and Budapest were selected as the host city of the Olympic qualification series.

The Olympic Committee introduced that the Olympic Qualification Series is an important project of the 2020+5 Olympic agenda. Shanghai Station will begin in Huangpu Binjiang from May 16th to 19th, 2024.It will be held from June 20th to 23rd at the State Administration University.
The closing day of this series on Budapest coincides with the Olympic day on June 23. This is the annual celebration of the Olympic movement. This date next year also marks the 2024 Paris Olympics.official.
