According to Yue Tong News Agency, the accident occurred at 3:20 pm on Tuesday.Fan Yuhong, chairman of the Yongqing County People's Committee, revealed that three of the victims died on the spot and one died on the way to the hospital for emergency treatment.The identity of all the victims has not been determined.
