According to the Xinhua News Agency, the State Council's News Office issued a white paper in the new era of the Chinese Internet rule of law on Thursday (March 16) to introduce the construction of the rule of law in China.
The white paper says that China has resolutely opposed monopoly and unfair competition, improved digital rules, and effectively maintains fair competition market environment.
The white paper also says that illegal collection, trading, use, and leaking personal information have increasingly increased, which has seriously infringed on the safety of the people's personal property and affected the normal social economy order.
China has completed 3.22 million mobile Internet applications testing since 2019, notifying and removing nearly 3,000 mobile Internet applications for violations of laws and regulations.
The white paper also says that in the face of the opportunities and challenges brought by digitalization, China is willing to practice the global governance concept of co -discussion and sharing with the international community to jointly promote the process of governing the rule of law in global Internet governance.
