Ishigaki Municipal Government said that the city commissioned Donghai University to investigate, and the city council members and others will also take a boat.In order to environmental protection and the use of the sea area, the water quality will be taken from the seawater, and the garbage flows floating at sea will be confirmed.
The first marine investigation was implemented on January 31 last year.

Japan and China have sovereignty disputes on islands on Jiange.China regularly dispatched vessels and planes into the island, causing dissatisfaction among the Japanese government.
