All 31 provinces in mainland China have announced the growth target of this year's regional GDP (GDP), of which Hainan Province has the highest goal at about 9.5%.
According to China Surging News on Monday (January 16), the target range of the GDP growth rate of 31 provinces in 31 provinces was 4%to 9.5%from 2023.
