Kyodo News reported that Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Kishita said on Wednesday (May 31) that the relevant parties believed that North Korea may launch in the early morning of the day.
According to Reuters, the Secretary-General of the Japanese Cabinet Matsuna Matsuna expressed strong condemnation that the Japanese government has protested to North Korea through diplomatic channels in Beijing.
He also said that North Korea may take further provocations, and Japan will closely cooperate with the United States and South Korea.
