(Morning News) Earthquake occurred in the morning on Friday (September 23) in southern Southern Tesco, Japan. The initial earthquake level was 4.5, and Tokyo buildings were shaking.

Reuters reports that Ibaraki Prefecture is located in the Kanto area of the largest island in Japan, including the Greater Tokyo region.There are no reports of injuries or damage to property.

Earlier on the same day, the European Mediterranean Earthquake Center said that a magnitude 4.8 earthquake occurred near the east coast of the state.
