It is reported that the Shanghai Port container route covers more than 700 ports in more than 200 countries and regions around the world, and more than 320 flights enter and exit each week.Shanghai has also become the world's first port with liquefied natural gas (LNG) maritime injection capacity, and jointly builds the world's first cross -Pacific Green Shipping Corridor with the Port of Los Angeles.

The First Financial reported that while the container throughput was hit, the number of international navigation ships entering and exiting the Shanghai port increased simultaneously.Taking Yangshan Port as an example, according to the statistics of Yangshan Entry and Exit Border Inspection Station, in 2023, the station's accumulated inspection of more than 9,640 ships of entry -exit (border) ports of ports, an increase of 7%over 2022.
