The official Russian official Tuesday (September 12) announced that President Putin will discuss high -level contact with Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing.
The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced earlier on the official website that Zhang Guoqing went to the City of Vladivostok, Russia from September 10th to 12th to attend the Oriental Economic Forum.
According to Reuters, Putin will meet with Zhang Guoqing in Vladivostok.
The report quoted Russian media that Russian Presidential Press Secretary Peskov said: "(This is) another opportunity to exchange opinions, including the plan to make the highest level of bilateral contact before the end of this year."
Ushakov, a foreign policy consultant at the Kremlin, said that Putin plans to visit China during the October" Belt and Road "international cooperation summit forum.
